John Wayne has nothing on this guy

After only 3 months our brand new £45000 extension began to show cracks inbetween both the ceiling and walls and the floor and walls. We called Mark Cole back whosaid that it was normal settlement and he put some filler in them. Three weeks later they all reappeared but much worse. we agin contacted Cole who promised to call round but never did. We then asked a local surveyor to check out the ever worsening problem. He sdvised that the foundations were nowhere near good enough for the size of the extension and when given the name of the builder he confirmed that it was far from the first time that he had seen poor workmanship from this so called builder. We again tried to contact mr Cole but he no longer will speak to us,. We have had to pay another builder over £17000 to fix mr Coles shoddy workmanship and we are currently suing Mr Cole for recovery of that amount. The only contact Mr cole has made since court proceedings were started are to threaten violence and to verbally abuse my wife.
