  I have shopped at twins now on many occasions and have always found what I am looking for and more! Although I have found the staff unapproachable very rude and unwilling to help I think the staff need some training on customer relations

  Although I recently rated this shop as 5* I would like to reconsider this. This is the third time in succession that I've found staff to be miserable and rude! I've tried to avoid their delivery day thinking that was their excuse and I never go on Saturdays! Do they want business or not? I'm not sure I'll be going back again!

  Love the shop - agree that the staff could be more cheerful at times Would be great if they had a website that offers buy and collect service as i work odd hours but would love to continue shopping there

• Great Shop, Poor Staff

  I do go to this shop regularly as its the only one like it anywhere nearby. It is a cake makers delight and you can get stuff for some good prices. However, I have never found staff polite, they are not sociable when you try and talk with them and on occasion have actually been quite rude. But I would still go back simply because there is no where else like it near

• Great Shop!

  Although I agree that the parking area could be improved... at least there is a parking area! I've always found staff the be friendly and helpful! I bought an icing nozzle here for half the price advertised on the Internet. I can't recommend this shop enough!

• Great shop terrible parking area!

  A comprehensive stock means you should be able to get anything you need here. Just wish the holes in the parking area could be filled in. It also gets a bit muddy when wet.

• brilliant shop

  For anyone who makes cakes, Twins is a must. It is a shame that people are quick to label the staff as rude, with a little sensitivity and making the effort to speak to staff, you will in fact discover some of the staff all have have some type of special need/ disability, so not rude!!! We can always find what we need there, definitely the best for supplies in the area

  twinns is a cavern of delights for all cake makers i have been going there for 15 years or more and have never had a bad experience or bad service in all this time and i found the staff extremely helpful and friendly .

  I am saddened to read the poor reviews of Twins. I have shopped there many times now and my experience has been a positive one. I have found the staff helpful in terms of locating products and offering advice. The store is absolutely full of cake decorating products. I certainly haven't found any other store in the area with such a vast selection of products. I can only assume that people are quicker to post negative experiences than positive ones, and possibly don't like not getting their own way when staff follow company procedures.
