For over 25 years Stan's Gym has been a Heavy duty powerfting and bodybuilding Center. We are drug free
and active in the promotion of drug free training. World Record holder Mike Joseph has trained at Stan's Gym for over 10 years. Mike has shown what can be achieved by staying drug free. Stan's gym also has a boxing ring with a training area and we also have a running machine and a cross trainer along with other cardio equipment. People from all walks of life train at Stan's Gym for many different sports and reasons. Stan's Gym is an experience not to be missed. Offering help in many areas.

We are a drug free heavy duty weight training center, this is very unusual as heavy duty gyms normally have many who train useing steroids, and this is normally overlooked by the Gym owner. At Stan's Gym we encourage total health, and make a helpfull stance against the usage of drugs in sport. Even though this does cost us money to make this stance, we have some of the strongest men in Country, and Mike Joseph holds a world record in powerlifting. Stan's Gym is an adeal family gym, because Stan will not allow drug dealers to operate within the grounds. If you wish to come off drugs then Stan can help.
