  • 2 Don`t seem to care about customer service

    I bought some Xmas lights on the internet (first they sent the wrong ones,) and they didn`t work properly within the first 8 months so I returned them and asked for a refund. I then got a very rude phone call telling me it was probably my fault ("easily damaged") - if they are that fragile are they fit for purpose?, and they wouldn`t refund postage. Don`t bother buying from these people, being a small business they`ll quickly take your money but don`t want to know if things go wrong. You`ll get better customer service at Argos.
