  Worst experience I’ve ever had! Ordered av receiver online with option to pick it at store. Gave a call to confirm my order in 2 days prior to visit the store. Customer service man assured me that receiver in stock at store. Made 60 miles on Saturday and it’s turned out that all models gone!!! Suddenly! BTW salesman offered me model 150 quid more expensive than I ordered!!!! Guess that super attractive price was just a bait. Very disappointed.

  just bought brand new music unit at half price great bit of kit, ordered it monday and they said it would be here thursday but came wednesday, great store would definetly recommend and they were very helpful on the phone, thanks hyperfi.
