I went here for my mate’s birthday. What can I say? Solly (the Manager) must just vote for himself to win all these prestigious food and drink awards he has.The meal was 'average' and certainly not as fantastic as all the famous pictures and awards make this place out to be. When my main meal came up I thought it was a starter …it was that small. ‘’Stingy portions’’ come to mind. Sollys fame must have gone to his head and he has made huge cut backs on the food portions. Let me ask you this, when was the last time you went to a curry house and you had enough room left at the end to eat the dull looking side salad and have a desert? …well this is what you will experience if you eat here. Mr Solly Sir you are as tight as wax with your portions.I won’t be rushing back here. If you ask me the restaurant does not deserve the food awards it has been given. Whether it be the Tiffin Cup or the Archant food and drink awards. You would think these awards have all been bought into.
