Lucy Kaufman BA (Hons.), PG Dip. Therapeutic Counselling, MBACP (Accred) I am a BACP accredited counsellor and supervisor in private practice in Gidea Park, Romford. I am experienced in counselling individuals and couples, adults and young people. Working within a person centred approach, I offer a confidential, non-judgemental, ethical service and provide an unconditional, empathic, calm environment which emphasises the beneficial strength of the therapeutic relationship. Together we will explore, gain insight and deeper understanding of your issues. I will accompany you and facilitate you on your individual journey of self-discovery and positive growth, enabling you to move forward.

Future Services:

Sessions are one hour, usually weekly, but can be more or less often according to your circumstances. I offer both short-term and ongoing counselling, tailored according to your needs and requirements. I can offer regular fixed appointments as well as be flexible around busy lives. I am close to major bus routes and stations. Off-street parking is always available.
