  • 10 great service for residential broadband problems

    Our wiring was a mess and we were having problems with our broadband service dropping out. Mike came over promptly after we'd made an initial arrangment over email. He is extremlely knowledgable about broadband and telecoms wiring and went through the fixing the connections and routings and moved the master socket into the front room. He spotted 3 or 4 areas which had been wired incorrectly (including our alarm) and fixed all of these within 2 hours. He also checked out broadband line speed using my router login and told us we would be fine with an 8mb service. We've been trying to get BT to sort this out for years, wished I'd called him before
