I worked for Esporta for six years & I now have my own personal training studio where I do an avarege 45 sessions per week. I specialise in weight loss, weight training, fitness training, sports conditioning, body sculpting & boxing (pads, bag& abs). No joining or membership fees. NEW for 2009 A COMPLETE ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICE offering PROGRAMMES,TUITION & ADVICE.

Life Saver!!!!!!! The very best.

Pete got me from an embarrassing 15st 7lb to 10st 9lb. He makes you work hard but gives you the encouragement to know anything is possible. I went from a size 16-18 to a size 10-12!!!!! Thank you Pete, you're a great trainer.
