The trainers and set up up are first rate. Having undertaken training with other first aid providers, it had always been a bit of an ordeal, pressure from the outset and quite intimidating trainers. Crusaider First Aid was the opposite. Our trainer, Dave, immediately put us at ease and the course (4 day) flew by. A friendly, relaxed way to learn and I would recommend to anyone.
