The core of our syllabus is designed to provide you with effective skills to protect yourself and those in your care. Our jujitsu heritage can be traced back to its roots in Japan, and through its many branches in modern police and military training.
Our instructors are qualified by the National Governing Body for jujitsu in the UK - the BJJAGB - which is recognised by UK Sport (formerly known as the Sports Council).
