A large Ju-Jitsu Association teaching in the Essex and Cambridge area.
We run Little Warrior Classes for 4-6year olds. Junior Classes for 7-15year old and Senior classes for 16+. Our Main class is centred in Hornchurch Sport Centre.
All instructors are Governing Body registered, DBS checked and first aid trained.
Senior Instructors are Mark and Claire Fitzgerald 6th Dan.

Kokoro Kai Ju-Jitsu

Ju-Jitsu Is a superb martial art for all. It encompasses striking, throwing, locking,chokes,strangles,ground defence,weapon defence,and lots more.
Our classes also have training in Ko-Budo the use of weaponry, and for those that wish to push themselves, sport ju-jitsu, with national and International competitions.
We are members of the British Ju-Jitsu Association the governing body for ju-jitsu. And can give our students all the benefits that come with belonging to the governing body.
Mark and Claire the senior instructors are both 6th Dan and have well over 50 years of experience between them.
